By accessing or using Sinofetch Hub ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of both the Marketplace (product purchasing) and the Investment Platform (asset-backed investment opportunities).

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. For investment participation, additional eligibility requirements may apply in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

3.1 Orders: When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping fees. Orders are confirmed upon payment and subject to stock availability. 3.2 Cancellations and Returns: You may request a cancellation before an order is marked as PROCESSING. Once shipped, returns are subject to our product return policy communicated at checkout. 3.3 Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

4.1 Nature of Investments: Investment opportunities on the Platform are asset-backed placements. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk, including possible loss of principal. 4.2 Legal Agreements: Investment participation requires execution of a separate legal agreement. All agreements are processed manually and offline. No electronic signature is binding until countersigned by an authorised Sinofetch representative. 4.3 Returns: Investment returns are computed on the basis of the invested percentage of each opportunity's revenue, as stated in your investment agreement. Returns are distributed at the discretion of the fund manager following each return period. 4.4 No Investment Advice: Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or conduct harmful to other users or the Platform.

All content on the Platform (including text, images, logos, software, and data compilations) is the property of Sinofetch Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinofetch Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, investment losses, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Sinofetch Hub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
